Hyderabad, July 17 (Maxim News): Governor of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana E.S.L. Narasimhan today spoke to new Governor of AP Biswa Bhushan Harichandan over phone and congratulated him on being appointed as the new Governor of Andhra Pradesh State.
Narasimhan wished that the State of Andhra Pradesh would march towards development and progress under the guidance of the new Governor. (Maxim News)
