Hyderabad, August 19: Goshamahal MLA Raja Singh has criticized Telangana BJP group politics after the state failed to get representation in the party’s national executive.
Raja Singh expressed disappointment over the absence of any Telangana leader from the latest national executive lineup. He said state leaders should examine their conduct and differences.
He recalled that senior leaders from Telangana had secured important positions at the national level in the past. However, he said group politics has repeatedly affected the state BJP.
According to Raja Singh, leaders often approach the party high command in Delhi over internal issues. He said this approach may have created a negative impression about Telangana leaders.
Raja Singh urges Telangana BJP leaders to unite
Raja Singh suggested that the national leadership may have concluded that Telangana leaders were unwilling to change their approach. He linked this perception to the lack of representation in the national executive.
He also praised BJP leader Nitin Nabin for building an organization focused on expanding the party across states.

Raja Singh urged Telangana BJP leaders to put aside their differences and work together. He said the party needs unity to strengthen its position in Telangana.
He also cited the BJP political efforts in West Bengal as an example of coordinated party work. He called on Telangana leaders to adopt a similar approach and work collectively.
Raja Singh said the party can improve its chances of gaining power in Telangana only through greater unity. He also indicated that leaders could secure important organizational positions in the future if they avoid group politics.
