RICE International Conference concludes at MANUU

Hyderabad: The two day 8th International Conference on Research in Intelligent Computing in Engineering (RICE-2023) organized by the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology, School of Technology, MANUU and Universidad Don Bosco, El Salvador, Central America ended successfully with a keynote session “A review of AI and ML applications for Computing Systems”, by Prof. Atul Negi, Dean, School of Computer and Information Sciences, University of Hyderabad on December 02.

Dr. Bui Tien Son, Hanoi University of Industry, Hanoi spoke on “Toward safety Collision for UAV’s”.  Dr. Vijender Kumar Solanki, Program Chair, RICE 2023 and Associate Professor, CMR Institute of Technology emphasized the interdisciplinary nature of the discussions, ranging from artificial intelligence to cybersecurity. Dr. Solanki highlighted the relevance of such events in bridging the gap between academic research and real-world applications.

Prof. Pradeep Kumar, Convener and Head, Department of CS&IT, MANUU delivered the closing remarks. He informed that out of 106 papers submitted, 46 were accepted and 22 have been selected for the official proceedings and an additional 24 have been chosen for presentation at the Doctoral Symposium.

Ms. Geeta Pattun, Assistant Professor, proposed a vote of thanks.
