Setback For CM Revanth In Mahabubnagar: BJP Candidate With A Huge Lead

Mahabubnagar/ Hyderabad, June 4 (Maxim News): Counting of votes for Lok Sabha elections is going on in the state, BJP and Congress are competing like you or me. While the Congress party is leading in 8 seats, the BJP is leading in 7 seats, one seat by BRS and one seat of Hyderabad Parliamentary Constituency.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has taken the most prestigious seat of Mahabubnagar Lok Sabha, he is not going to be disturbed.  So far BJP candidate D.K. Aruna is leading in that seat with a margin of 25,957 votes. 

It is already known that the Congress party has faced a serious defeat in the MLC election of Mahabubnagar local bodies.  The people of Mahbubnagar voted against the Congress in the recent Lok Sabha elections as well.  It is noteworthy that all the MLAs in the Mahabubnagar Parliamentary constituency belong to the Congress party.
