Sisodia Custody To CBI In Delhi Liquor Scam Extended For Two Days

Delhi/Hyderabad, Mar 4 (Maxim News): Special CBI Judge M. K. Nagpal of the Rouse Avenue Court has extended the CBI custody of former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Manish Sisodia, who was arrested by the agency in connection with the ‘now scrapped excise policy case’ for two days and also listed the Manish Sisodia’s bail plea for March 10.

The AAP leader while defending his case said to the Court that the CBI is asking the same questions again and again, which is causing mental harassment to him, he said that the CBI officials are not using third degree, but sitting for eight to nine hours and answering same questions again and again, that too, is mental harassment, he told the Court

The Court had directed the CBI to conduct Manish Sisodia’s medical exams at regular intervals. The Central probe agency arrested Sisodia on February 26 after eight hours of questioning. (Maxim News)
