Stage Set for NEET 2019

Hyderabad, May 4 (Maxim News): All arrangements have been made for the successful conduct of NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test) -2019 in the state on Sunday. Around 80,000 students are appearing for the exams in the state. The CBSE, which is conducting the exam, has set up Centers at Hyderabad, Warangal, Karimnagar and Khammam. To avoid any problems, the CBSE has come up with strict rules and guidelines for this year’s exam.

According to these rules and guidelines, the aspirants of the exams will have to reach their designated Centers two hours before the scheduled time of examination. They will be allowed into the exam center up to half an hour before the scheduled exam time. The exam will be held in the afternoon from 2 pm to 5 pm and the students will be allowed till 1.30 pm into the center.

The authorities have also made it clear to the students not to carry anything with them including pen, pencil, calculator, water and food items. The authorities have however relaxed their rules in case of diabetic students. They will be allowed to carry their regular medicines and food items and water provided they took prior permission from the authorities concerned at their exam Centers.
The results of the exam will be declared on June 5, 2019. (Maxim News)
