Supreme Court Gives A Warning To Prashant Kishor: Says People Did Not Want You
Delhi/Hyderabad, Feb 6 (Maxim News): Prashant Kishor’s Jan Suraj Party has faced a setback in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has dismissed the party’s petition challenging the results of the elections held in Bihar last year. On this occasion, Chief Justice Suryakant said that the people themselves rejected your party. He questioned whether you are now using this legal platform for campaigning.
Prashant Kishor’s party, which contested 238 seats in the assembly elections, could not win a single seat. It is known that the NDA alliance won a landslide victory in this. However, the Jan Suraj Party alleged in its petition that the winning alliance members violated the model code of conduct during the elections and distributed Rs. 10,000 to each woman. In this order, the party sought to declare the alliance’s victory invalid. However, a bench headed by justice Surya Kant refused to hear the petition.
