Supreme Court Shocking Comments Against KCR For Sending Audios And Videos To Judges

Delhi/Hyderabad, Feb 27 (Maxim News): BRS National President and Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao claimed that he has studied 80 thousand books and announced re-writing the Constitution saying that the Constitution written by Dr. B. R. Ambedkar has not good for the country, has now faced the shocking comments from the Supreme Court which has expressed its displeasure with the method followed by KCR.

The Supreme Court pointed out that the method followed by KCR was wrong. The Supreme court questioned how KCR will send the audio and videos of the case to the judges. Justice Gabai’s bench made comments during the hearing of MLA’s purchase case.

Lawyer Dushyant Dave stated on behalf of the Telangana government expressed sorry for the inconvenience caused to the judges. KCR sent the audio and video clips of the MLA purchase case to the prominent people of the country including the Supreme Court Judges.

The Supreme court pointed out and said that if we go into the details of the case, the Telangana High Court has handed over the investigation into the case of baiting MLAs to the CBI, challenging this, the Telangana government approached the Supreme Court. Senior lawyers Siddharth Luthra and Dushyant EDevelu argued on behalf of the TS government saying that if the case goes into the hands of the CBI, all the investigation done so far will be sidetracked. They argued that all the evidence, in this case, is against the BJP, and in this context, how can the case be handed over to the CBI? They asked for more time to argue the case.

On the other hand, the Counsel for the defendants brought to the notice of the Court that the key evidence in the case had been leaked. Responding to this, Justice Gavai said that the evidence in the MLA purchase case was not sent to the media but to the judges. (Maxim News)
