Hyderabad, April 20: TEDxHyderabad 2026 brought together 14 speakers and over 1200 attendees under the theme FIRE UP at Akshaya Convention in Hyderabad.
The event featured thought leaders, creators, and innovators sharing ideas across fields. Four performances added energy to the day-long programme.

Dr. Soma Raju said AI supports medical decisions as a second opinion. He also highlighted affordable healthcare innovations.
Environmental storyteller Uday Krishna spoke about preserving heritage trees. He said cities must value green cover as true wealth.
Hemakshi Meghani of the Indian School of Democracy stressed the need for deeper political leadership. She urged citizens to engage actively in democracy.
Several speakers addressed diverse themes. Dr. M. Subrahmanyam spoke on palliative care and dignity in death. Dr. Sivaranjani Santosh raised concerns over misleading health products.

Karate coach Ritesh Tiwari highlighted skill sharing for social impact. Uttam Kumar focused on inclusion for the deafblind community.
Rajiv Chilaka spoke about building global animation brands. Cyber expert Krishna Sastry Pendyala warned about digital risks.
The event also featured performances by Vikram Venkatapuram and other artists. Organisers said the platform continues to drive ideas into action.
