Telangana Talli statue | Hyderabad, March 16: Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla unveiled the newly installed Telangana Talli statue in the Telangana Assembly premises. The ceremony took place with official honours.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy attended the programme. Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka also joined the event. Several ministers and senior state leaders took part in the ceremony.
Before the unveiling, the Governor and Chief Minister paid tributes to Mahatma Gandhi. They also paid respects to Dr BR Ambedkar. The leaders offered floral tributes at their statues inside the Assembly premises.

Leaders remembered the services of Mahatma Gandhi and Dr Ambedkar. They recalled their contributions to the nation and society. The event began with these tributes.
Later, Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla unveiled the Telangana Talli statue. The programme drew participation from senior officials and public representatives. The ceremony marked a symbolic moment at the Assembly complex.
Speaking after the unveiling, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy described the statue as a symbol of state pride. He said it reflects the self respect of Telangana. He also said the installation holds cultural importance.
The event formed part of the Assembly schedule on the opening day of the budget session. Officials said the programme took place in a formal atmosphere. Security arrangements were also in place.
The unveiling ceremony concluded with leaders interacting briefly at the venue. The statue now stands as a new addition to the Assembly premises.
