TS Bpass Policy for all building permissions will be launched soon: KTR

Hyderabad, Jan.31 (Maxim News): IT & Industries Minister K Tarakarama Rao today said TS Bpass Policy will be launched soon.

Inaugurating CREDAI Exhibition at HICC here, KTR said all permissions will be given free from corruption through B Pass policy. It will be implemented on the lines of TSiPass to ensure timely permissions. He exhorted the builders and real estate business persons to invest outside Hyderabad and other cities nearby. The State government will provide permissions, infrastructure and facilities to push the IT, Industries and new companies to set up business in second rung cities. The municipal department has allotted Rs 2,500 crore infrastructure and facilities in these cities.

The minister also announced launching of JBS and CBS metro rail services in 10 days. Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao will inaugurate it, he said. “With KCR vision, Telangana was achieving all-round development and Hyderabad got global recognition. While half of the construction workers in the State are from other States and our own people migrated the to Gulf nations for work”, he said, adding that Chief Minister KCR will visit Gulf to get them back and offer work here.

The minister also claimed that Hyderabad has surpassed other 130 cities to become No 1 in JLL Ratings in 2020 while it was not under the list of 20 cities in 2014. He also stressed the need for expansion of development to all other areas and asked the CREDAI exhibition members to use technology in construction works. He said the aim of the government was to provide corruption-free services. He said development of main roads in Hyderabad was offered to seven agencies and an IT company will be started in Kompally soon. (Maxim News)
