Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao, on Monday, assured farmers that the government would stand by them in their hour of need.
The Minister’s assurance came during a visit to Nancharupalli, Bakrichepyala and Ellupalli villages in Siddipet district where rains and hailstorm have damaged standing crops. The Minister was accompanied by Collector and officials of Agriculture Department.
