Hyderabad, June 5: Two individuals, including a student from Sudan, were shifted to Gandhi Hospital after arriving at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in Shamshabad without proper yellow fever vaccination documentation.
The incident occurred in the early hours of Friday when airport health authorities identified discrepancies in the required vaccination records of the passengers.
According to officials, the Sudanese national is pursuing higher education at a private university in Hyderabad. The student and a contact person were initially examined and later referred to Gandhi Hospital for further medical evaluation.
