After the retirement of government employees, they get pension. But workers working in the unorganized sector do not have such opportunities. Keeping this in mind, the Modi government brought the Atal Pension Yojana scheme in 2015 for workers above 60 years of age. Under this scheme, unorganized workers have been given the opportunity to receive a pension of Rs. 1000 to Rs. 5000 every month. The central government has decided that people between the ages of 18 and 40 are eligible to join this scheme. (Maxim News)
