Waqf’s Garden View Mall | Hyderabad, Oct 22 (Maxim News): A Waqf Board property located beside Razzak Manzil, the long-unused building garden view mall building underwent an on-site inspection today by the Managing Director of the Housing Board Corporation along with Roads & Buildings officials.

The visit aimed to assess the condition of the structure and surrounding premises, which had been idle for years and attracted various public speculations about its future use.

Officials reviewed the current state of utilities, structural integrity, and immediate restoration needs to prepare a status report.

Waqf CEO Mohammad Asadullah and Mohd Munnawar were present during the inspection, along with other officials.

Source said that they took note of civil works required to make the property functional and discussed a plan to complete essential repairs.

Therefore, the Waqf Board is likely to proceed with leasing the property after completing necessary repairs and restoration.
