Hyderabad, August 20: The Telangana Anti Corruption Bureau found assets worth Rs 6.87 crore during searches linked to Ibrahimpatnam revenue official Desani Srinivas Reddy.
The ACB conducted searches at seven properties on Thursday, August 20. Officials registered a disproportionate assets case against Srinivas Reddy.
He currently works as Divisional Administrative Officer under the Ibrahimpatnam RDO in Rangareddy district.
ACB Finds Flats, Land, Gold And Cash
According to the ACB, Srinivas Reddy allegedly acquired assets through corrupt practices and dubious means during his service.
Officials found documents for two residential flats in Karmanghat valued at Rs 2.6 crore.
They also found a G+3 penthouse in Karmanghat valued at Rs 1.6 crore.
Further, officials found 10 acres of agricultural land in Nallavelly village worth Rs 25 lakh.
The searches also uncovered eight open plots valued at Rs 62 lakh across Hyderabad and its outskirts.
Srinivas Reddy had also invested Rs 86 lakh in Narendra Bar and Restaurant in Balapur with partners.

The ACB found Rs 4 lakh in cash, 680 grams of gold ornaments and Rs 8.6 lakh in bank deposits.
Officials also found three cars and two two wheelers worth Rs 59 lakh. Household and electronic items were valued at Rs 11 lakh.
The ACB said Srinivas Reddy had also pledged 46 tulas of gold to obtain a bank loan.
Further verification of additional assets is underway.
The ACB had earlier registered a disproportionate assets case against him in 2009 while he worked as a Mandal Revenue Inspector in Maheshwaram.
Srinivas Reddy will be produced before an ACB special court in Hyderabad for judicial remand.
