Mahabubnagar, Aug.4 (Maxim News): BJP leader and former minister D K Aruna here on Sunday said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was obsessed with Kaleshwaram project and neglected the Palamuru-Ranga Reddy project for the reasons known to him.
Speaking to mediapersons after paying a visit to Jurala and Nettempad projects, the BJP leader slammed the State government for not completing the Nettempad project in the last five years. With this, the Mahbubnagar district suffered a colossal loss. She also charged Chief Minister KCR with totally abandoning the irrigation projects launched during the Congress government previously.
Wondering why the Chief Minister was obsessed with the new projects and abandoning the old ones, Aruna alleged that the KCR was anxiously trying to expedite the new projects just for the sake of commissions. She also bemoaned that Mahbubnagar District suffering a lot during the TRS regime. She also advised the Chief Minister to pay attention in implementing his election eve promises for benefit of the common man. (Maxim News)
