Hyderabad, Nov 9: A 29-year-old woman was found dead at her residence in Narsingi on Sunday, with police suspecting suicide. The deceased, identified as G. Vishwanethra, worked in the private sector and lived at Gayathri Apartment in Hydershakote, Narsingi.
According to police officials, family members discovered the woman hanging from a ceiling fan inside her home on Sunday morning. The sudden death shocked her relatives and neighbours, who immediately alerted the authorities.
Upon receiving information, the Narsingi police reached the location and conducted a preliminary inquiry. The body was later shifted to the mortuary for postmortem examination. Officials said that a case has been registered, and further investigation is underway to determine the circumstances that may have led her to take the extreme step.
Investigators are also speaking to the woman’s family and acquaintances to gather more details about her personal and professional life. The police have not yet confirmed the exact reasons behind her death but stated that they are exploring all possible angles, including emotional or financial distress.
