Youth Stabbed To Death Following Drunken Altercation In Secunderabad
Hyderabad, June 1: A young man was allegedly murdered following a late-night altercation in the limits of the Marredpally Police Station area of Secunderabad, creating concern among local residents.
The deceased has been identified as Shravan. According to police, the incident occurred during the early hours of Monday after a group of friends had been consuming alcohol together.
Preliminary investigations suggest that Shravan and his friends were drinking on Sunday night when an argument broke out after midnight. The dispute reportedly escalated into a physical confrontation.
Officials are questioning those present during the incident and gathering evidence to establish the sequence of events. Further details regarding the accused and possible arrests are awaited.
Police said the investigation is continuing and appropriate legal action will be taken based on the findings.
