Hyderabad, Dec 6, (Maxim News): The Osmania University Teachers Association (OUTA) felicitated Prof. M. Kumar, Vice-Chancellor of Osmania University, Prof. Naresh Reddy, Registrar, and Prof. S. Jithender Naik, Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Vice-Chancellor, for their efforts in resolving the long-pending issue of payment of arrears for teachers.
