Two Drugs Peddler Arrested: 6 Kg Ganja Seized

Hyderabad, Jan 11 (Maxim News): The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, South West Zone team, Hyderabad and Shahinayathgunj Police on credible information apprehended (01) interstate drug peddler and (01) sub peddler who was found in the possession of Narcotic substance i.e. Ganja total weighing 6 Kgs in the limits of Shahinayathgunj Police station.

The drug peddler R. Bheem Singh @ Babu Rao, Age: 55 yrs, occ: Labour, R/o. RCpuram, Hyderabad. N/o. Narayankhed, ( Peddler). 2) Rakesh Singh age: 32 yrs, Occ: NIL, R/o. Dhoolpet, Hyderabad. The sub-peddler Seized Narcotic drugs of 6 kgs, a Yamaha Cygnus Bike, a Mobile phone, and net cash of Rs. 10,500. A total worth of Rs.  Rs.2,06,750/-

R. Bheem Singh, @ Babu Rao, is a native of Narayankhed and Rakesh Singh from Hyderabad. Bheem Singh is illiterate. In 2002, he migrated to Hyderabad with his wife and two children and settled in RC Puram, where he worked as a laborer to make a living. In 2018, Bheem Singh and one of his friends hatched a plan to do the ganja business. They purchased ganja from the Nirmal district but were caught by the Nirmal police while returning. Both were arrested and sent to judicial custody. Bheem Singh was released from jail after a month. Recently, Rakesh Singh got in touch with Bheem Singh through a mutual friend regarding the ganja trade. Bheem Singh traveled to Jainoor, Asifabad, and procured 6 kg of ganja from known persons. On 09-01-2025, while Bheem Singh and Rakesh Singh along with Ganja in the limits of Shahinaythgunj at the same time acting on credible information, Southwest zone Task Force along with Shahinaythgunj police apprehended the accused persons and seized 6 kg of Ganja from their possession.  (Maxim News)
