Hyderabad, Oct 12 (Maxim News) Nagarjuna Sagar project has reached full water level. In this process, the Sagar reservoir has become like a full pot. With this, the 8 gates of Sagar are being lifted by 5 feet and water is being released downstream. Currently, the inflow and outflow of the project is 1.16 lakh cusecs.
Now, 10,040 cusecs are being released to the right canal of Sagar, 7,353 cusecs to the left canal, 33,048 cusecs to the power house, and 64,000 cusecs through the spillway.
Nagarjuna Sagar is full, the current water level is 590 feet. The project is full, the current water storage is 312.04 TMC. (Maxim News)
