Commits To BC Reservation Fight In Telangana: Mahesh Goud
Hyderabad, Dec 6 (Maxim News): TPCC Chief Mahesh Kumar Goud urged BC youth not to rush and assured them that reservation rights will be secured soon.
Goud paid tribute to Sai Eshwara Chari, who died protesting for BC reservation, at his home in Amberpet.
Mahesh Kumar Goud pledges fight for BC reservation
Mahesh Kumar Goud emphasized that the Congress party works for social justice. He pledged to continue fighting until the 42 percent BC reservation is fully implemented. He warned BC youth against hastening actions that could lead to violence.
He predicted that when Congress returns to power at the center, Rahul Gandhi will become the Prime Minister.
Under a Congress government, he said BC reservations will be implemented transparently like those for SCs and STs at the state level.
Mahesh Kumar Goud called Sai Eshwara Chari’s death extremely tragic and appealed that no more lives be lost in this cause. He assured government support for Chari’s family.
Mahesh Kumar acknowledged that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and ministers are making efforts to implement BC reservation.
However, he accused the central government of sidelining the BC reservation bills approved by the state legislatures.
Mahesh Kumar Goud said he will soon meet the Prime Minister to push for BC reservations under CM Revanth Reddy’s leadership. (Maxim News)
