Hyderabad, May 20 (Maxim News): Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has been alerted about the intensity of the heat wave in Telangana. He has alerted the government machinery and the people of the state in view of the heat wave. Maximum temperatures are being recorded in many parts of the state. The Meteorological Department has also issued special warnings for the districts of North Telangana. With this, CM Revanth Reddy has alerted the officials and the people of the state. He has issued instructions to the Chief Secretary to the government to direct the collectors to this extent.
CM Revanth Reddy has instructed the concerned officials to make ORS packets available to the people in the wake of the intense heat. He has ordered special attention to be paid to drinking water and electricity supply. He also advised the medical staff in hospitals to be alert and to provide better treatment to sunstroke victims immediately. On the other hand, the CM wants to set up cooling centers in the cities. The Chief Minister has appealed to the people of the state to reduce travel in the afternoon. In the wake of CM Revanth Reddy’s orders and the warnings of the Meteorological Department, the government machinery is ready to take appropriate measures. (Maxim News)
