According to police officials, the app will help migrant workers, tourists, women and elderly citizens who face difficulties while filing complaints due to language barriers.

The system also automatically stores details such as time, officer information and complaint records in PDF format. Officials said this feature would reduce chances of tampering and improve transparency.

Police stated that the AI based system can separately identify statements made by victims, accused persons and witnesses during complaint registration.

Officials added that the technology will reduce manual typing work for police personnel and improve the quality of investigations by accurately recording statements.
