WATCH | Revanth Reddy Makes Puris With Grandson in Rare Home Moment

Revanth Reddy | Hyderabad, July 9 (Maxim News): Revanth Reddy, Chief Minister of Telangana, stepped away from his packed schedule recently to do something simple. He made puris with his grandson at home. The moment, shared on social media, drew warm responses from across Telangana.

According to the post on X, the grandson made a request that the grandfather could not refuse. “Thatha, I will only eat puris if you make them,” the child reportedly said. And so the CM obliged. He rolled the dough, shaped the puris, and spent a few quiet minutes in the kitchen with his grandson beside him.

Furthermore, the puris were not perfectly round. However, that only added to the charm of the moment. A handful of dough, a palm full of laughter, and a dozen imperfect puris were enough to create a memory that clearly meant a great deal to both of them.

Additionally, the image of a sitting Chief Minister quietly frying puris for a grandchild struck a chord with many people online. Comments poured in from followers who said the moment reminded them of their own grandparents. Moreover, it offered a rare glimpse into the personal life of one of Telangana’s busiest public figures.

Revanth Reddy has been at the centre of a packed governance calendar. He launched the Balamrutham Plant in Nacharam earlier this week. He also chaired high-level tourism review meetings and addressed multiple public gatherings. However, between all of this, he found time to answer a grandson’s simple request.

As a result, the image of the CM with flour on his hands and a child by his side became one of the most shared moments from his social media this week. It was a reminder that behind every public role is a private person. And sometimes, the most human moment is just making puris for the one who asked. (Maxim News)
