Danapur Bengaluru Express To Run Daily From Warangal

Hyderabad, August 28: Railway passengers from Warangal will get a daily train service to Danapur in Bihar and Bengaluru from September 1.

The Railway Ministry has upgraded the Danapur Bengaluru Danapur Express from a special service to a daily train. The move aims to ease rising passenger demand on the route.

Train No. 22365 Danapur Bengaluru Express will leave Danapur at 2.45 pm on September 1. It will reach Warangal at 7 pm on September 2 and depart two minutes later.

The train will then travel via Vijayawada and reach Bengaluru at 2.30 pm on September 3. The service will provide passengers from Warangal with a regular rail connection to Bengaluru.

In the reverse direction, Train No. 22366 Bengaluru Danapur Express will leave Bengaluru at 11.30 pm on September 3. It will reach Warangal at 6.18 pm on September 4.

The train will depart Warangal at 6.20 pm and continue towards Danapur via Vijayawada. It will reach Danapur at 12.15 am on September 5.

Train To Connect Major Cities Along The Route

According to railway officials, Train No. 22365 will reach Warangal at 7 pm daily while travelling towards Bengaluru. Train No. 22366 will reach Warangal at 6.18 pm daily while travelling towards Danapur.

The daily service will connect several important railway stations. These include Danapur, Ara, Buxar, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction and Prayagraj Chheoki.

The train will also stop at Satna, Jabalpur, Itarsi Junction, Nagpur Junction, Sevagram, Chandrapur and Ballarshah. It will then halt at Warangal and continue towards Vijayawada.

On the southern stretch, the train will stop at Vijayawada, Ongole, Gudur, Perambur, Katpadi, Jolarpettai Junction and Bangarapet. It will also stop at Whitefield before reaching Bengaluru.

Railway officials said the journey between Danapur and Bengaluru will take about three days. The train will have Second AC, Third AC, Sleeper and General coaches.

South Central Railway Chief Public Relations Officer Sridhar urged passengers to make use of the new daily service.

The upgrade is expected to provide greater travel flexibility for passengers travelling between Warangal, Bihar and Karnataka. It also gives regular rail access to passengers who previously depended on the special service.
