Hyderabad, Oct.29 (Maxim News): Agriculture Minister S Niranjan Reddy today went on an eight-day study tour to Germany and Netherlands.
Accompanied by a team of MLAs and officials, the minister landed in Germany today and was received by local officials. A release from the minister’s office today informed that the team comprising MLAs A Venkateshwar Reddy and Ch Ramesh and secretary Partha Sarathi and others.
The minister and his team is to interact with Agriculture officials of Germany and Netherlands on modern farm practices, quality seed production, latest technology, inputs, equipment and others. The Telangana officials’ team was for cooperation with the two noted nations on agriculture and latest farm practices.
Niranjan Reddy is to inform the two nations about new welfare schemes for farmers like Rythu Bandhu, Rythu Bhima, Rs 1 lakh crop loans waiver and 24-hour power supply to farm activities in Telangana State. (Maxim News)
