Hyderabad, Jan 25 (Maxim News): BJP State President and MP, Bandi Sanjay said that Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao‘s (KCR) decision to the cancellation of annual Republic Day celebrations at the Parade ground is against the spirit of the Constitution.
