Again: Former MLA JC Prabhakar Reddy Sent To Judicial Custody

Hyderabad, Aug.15 (Maxim News): The police will once again take controversial leader of TDP and former MLA of Tadipatri Assembly constituency from Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh into their custody in a case related to threatening of a CI.

The police have booked SC ST atrocities case against him. The court has sent Reddy to one day police custody. JC is likely to be interrogated by the police on Sunday. On the other hand , the police have filed a petition in the court urging it to cancel his bail in fake registration case. (Maxim News)
