Sri. M. Ramesh Reddy, IPS, an alum of the Department of Business Management, expressed his nostalgia in returning back to the department where he pursued MBA in Technology Management and conveyed that the profession of teaching plays a vital role in society and he too is very passionate of teaching and that drew him to register for the Ph.D. program. He stressed the importance of knowing one’s strengths and developing a competitive edge. He appreciated and applauded the efforts of the present Vice-Chancellor for his initiatives and setting a conducive academic atmosphere at times taking tough decisions against odds and being focused on the long terms gains of the university and for his personal efforts in bringing the alumni across the globe to build the intellectual and infrastructural capital in the University. He exhorted the students ultimately to be good human beings and better citizens.

The Vice-Chancellor, OU, Sr. Prof. D. Ravinder, in his address as the Chief Guest, made the students realize the glorious history of OU and how it has produced luminaries like Late PM P. V.
