Petitioners’ lawyers K. Vivek Reddy and K. Prateek Reddy questioned the government on how land acquisition could be done without a DPR. After hearing the arguments of both the parties, the high court ordered the government to immediately file a counter affidavit stating that the petitioners’ lands should not be acquired until further orders.
