Delhi/Hyderabad, Sept 2 (Maxim News): Minister Konda Surekha, who went to Delhi after receiving a call from the Congress high command, is meeting several party leaders. As part of this, the minister met with AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge today (Wednesday).
Later, in a chat with the media, Surekha said that she met the party’s national president Mallikarjun Kharge and has not yet spoken to AICC General Secretary KC Venugopal. She said that she is waiting to see what the high command will do. She said that she has not been asked to resign.
Konda Surekha questioned whether she, being a BC, would be given one justice and another justice for other communities. She said that there were many allegations against leaders of other communities in the cabinet. She asked what he would answer to all of them and what action he would take. She said that he had already informed all the top brass, including Kharge, Rahul and Priyanka, in writing about all the issues.
She demanded that the top brass take action against CM Revanth. She questioned how Revanth could say that he was the CM for ten years. Minister Konda Surekha stated that she had told Kharge to take all the issues into consideration. (Maxim News)
