Bageerath assured full cooperation. He promised to bring key evidence on May 15. The letter explains he needs time to gather documents. This aids the investigation into allegations against him and his family. He called the claims false.
Meanwhile, Bageerath approached the Telangana High Court for interim bail. The Vacation Bench will hear the petition tomorrow, May 14. Police registered the POCSO case at Pet Basheerabad station. It involves serious charges under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

The SIT issued summons for questioning. Bageerath reiterated his willingness to join the probe. He seeks reasonable directions from the team. This follows standard procedures in sensitive cases.
POCSO cases prioritize child protection. Investigations demand thorough evidence collection. Courts often grant short adjournments for fairness. The High Court decision could impact the SIT schedule.
