CM KCR Greets People On Raksha Bandhan

Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has greeted people of Telangana State on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan on Monday. He said Rakhi symbolizes the bond of love and affection between brothers and sisters. It also denotes the commitment to safeguard, honour and respect for women. He also reiterated his government’s commitment to the safety and dignity of women in the State.

On the festive occasion, former MP K Kavitha had tied Rakhi to her brother and Minister KT Rama Rao at Pragathi Bhavan. The TRS women leaders including Minister Satyavathi Rathod, MP Kavitha Maloth, MLA Sunitha Reddy, ZP chairman Gandra Jyothi and TRS leader Gundu Sudharani among others also tied Rakhi to Rama Rao.
