Corona: Telangana Adds 168 New Cases And No Deaths
A total of 163 persons recovered on Tuesday taking the cumulative Covid-19 recoveries in the State to 2,95,707 with a recovery rate of 98.81 per cent
Hyderabad: Telangana has recorded 168 new Covid-19 infections and no fatalities on Tuesday taking the total number of positive cases to 2,99,254 while the cumulative number of fatalities has remained at 1,635. As on Tuesday, there were 1,912 active Covid-19 cases in the State.
A total of 163 persons recovered on Tuesday taking the cumulative Covid-19 recoveries in the State to 2,95,707 with a recovery rate of 98.81 per cent, while the countrywide recovery rate was 97.1 per cent.
Between Monday and Tuesday, 40,444 Covid-19 tests were conducted in the State while reports of another 786 samples were awaited. So far, a total of 88,01,651 Covid-19 tests have been conducted in the State out of which 2,99,254 have tested positive and 2,95,707 persons have recovered.
The Covid-19 positive cases reported from the districts included four from Adilabad, five from Bhadradri Kothagudem, 29 from areas under GHMC, five from Jagtiyal, one from Jayashankar Bhupalpally, two from Jogumlaba Gadwal, three from Kamareddy, 10 from Karimnagar, one from Khammam, sev
en from Mahabubnagar, four from Mancherial, three from Medak, 15 from Medchal Malkajgiri, one from Nagarkurnool, eight from Nalgonda, one from Narayanpet, four from Nirmal, six from Nizamabad, five from Peddapalli, four from Rajanna Siricilla, 13 from Rangareddy, eight from Sangareddy, six from Siddipet, four each from Suryapet and Vikarabad, one from Wanaparthy, three from Warangal Rural, six from Warangal Urban and five from Yadadri Bhondgir.
