ED Summons Again To MLC Kavitha In The Liquor Scam

Delhi/Hyderabad, Sept 14 (Maxim News): The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has once again issued summons to the ruling BRS MLC K. Kavitha, daughter of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao in the Delhi Liquor scam.

With the issuance of summons to Kavitha,  there seems to be another movement in the Delhi Liquor scam case which has been silent for a long time. The ED ordered her to appear in Delhi on Friday. Kavitha appeared before the ED three times last March.  After that the ED case became stagnant. It is known that recently Arun Ramachandran Pillai has become an approver. Pillai gave a statement to the ED officials under 164.

It seems that the ED officials have obtained important information from Pillai. Arun Ramachandran Pillai was charged by the investigating agency as Kavitha Benami.  Many members of the South Group have already become approvers in this case.  Based on the information given by Arun Ramachandran Pillai, Magunta Srinivas Reddy, and his son Raghava Reddy Sarath Chandra Reddy, who became the approver, it is possible that new aspects will come to light in the liquor case.

In the next few days, some more important developments are likely to take place in the Delhi Liquor case.  (Maxim News)
