Formula-E Race Case: ED To Serve Notice To KTR

Hyderabad, Dec 21 (Maxim News): The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is ready to issue notices in the Formula E-Race. It has already registered a case on this issue. The ED has collected documents related to the first two Formula Races. It is working to issue notices to all the accused in the case, including former minister KTR.

It is known that the ED has filed a case against KTR, Arvind Kumar, and BLN Reddy in the Formula E race case.  On the morning of December 20, the ED wrote to the ACB to provide details regarding the Formula E race case. The ED registered on ECIR and received a copy of the FIR from the ACB,  The Enforcement Directorate has filed cases against A1, A2, and Ae in the Formula E-race case. A case has been registered under FEMA violation and money laundering.

It is known that the High Court has given the green signal to the ACB investigation into the Formula E race case against KTR.  It said that KTR should not be arrested for 10 days, but the ACB can continue the investigation. KTR has filed a petition in the High Court to quash the FIR registered by the ACB in the Formula E car race. After hearing the arguments of both parties during the investigation, the High Court ordered that KTR should not be arrested until December 30. It rejected KTR’s argument to dismiss the case, it said that anyone can be called for an investigation in the case, and it ordered the ACB to file a counter on this,  The court adjourned the next hearing to December 27.  (Maxim News)
