Hyderabad, Oct 5 (Maxim News): Telangana Government Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju said that the state government’s goal is to develop Telangana as an international education hub . He said that the state government’s goal is to complete 67 integrated schools by December 2027. CS Sanjay Jaju held a review meeting at the Secretariat today (Monday) on the construction of Young India Integrated Schools and the establishment of educational institutions in Future City. On this occasion, the CS directed the officials on several key issues. He said that they are planning to establish 87 schools by June 2028.
The CS revealed that Young India Schools are being set up in 119 constituencies in the state in phases. He said that modern infrastructure is being provided in about 26 acres for each school. He said that SC, ST, BC and minority welfare schools are being set up in a single campus. He said that sports grounds, hostels and digital classrooms will be set up. He said that a special policy will be brought for the campuses of foreign universities in Future City.
The CS explained that four other foreign universities, including London and Birmingham universities, are showing interest in this. He said that a comprehensive policy on infrastructure, investments and permissions for foreign universities will be introduced. CS Sanjay Jaju instructed the officials to prepare a clear action plan and action plan by the time of the Global Summit. (Maxim News)
