Govt Gave Top Priority to Advocate’s Welfare: Talasani

Hyderabad, Nov.7 (Maxim News): State Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav today said that the state government gave top priority for the welfare of advocates of the state.

He said that the constitution of a special fund for the welfare of the advocates like no other state of the country was a classic example of the Same.

Stating that the grant of station bail under Section 41 A of CRPC , he said that a proposal to strike off the section was under the active consideration of the state government.

He made these remarks while addressing a gathering of at the all India Yadav legal wing conference at Sundaraiah vignana kendra in Bagh Lingampally. The meeting was chaired by the legal cell president of the organisation Chalakani Venkat Yadav.

Speaking on the occasion, Minister Yadav said that the state government led by CM KCR was encouraging the Yadav community people in all sectors of Telangana.

He said that no other state government had worked hard for the welfare of the Yadav community like the government of KCR.

He said that the state government had introduced ₹11000 crore worth sheep distribution scheme for the welfare and the development of the Yadav community.

He said that he would take all the problems faced by the Yadav community and the lawyers to the notice of the CM and try very hard to solve those problems.

The ruling TRS party MP Baduhula Lingaiah Yadav said that the Yadav advocates should play an important role in the reconstruction of the Telangana state. He announced that he would sanction ₹10 lakh for the construction of the building of the Yadav advocates.

The conference has passed several resolutions like sanction of matching grants to the advocates and provision of honorarium to junior advocates for a period of five years on the occasion. (Maxim News)
