- Schools unlikely to reopen anytime soon, government rethinking on decision
Hyderabad: With the increase in the number of corona cases every day, the government is likely to reconsider its decision of opening the schools after August 15th. Earlier HRD Ministry said that after consultation with the home ministry, health ministry, and the respective governments of the state, they could decide on opening the schools and colleges post-August 15th. Still, this decision is likely to be reconsidered.
Now, it is learned that suggestions from each state government were sought about the re-opening of the educational institutions. The health ministry believes that there is no question of opening the educational institutions if the situations are not normalized.
