Hyderabad, Jan.20 (Maxim News): Finance Minister T Harish Rao and MP K Prabhakar Reddy today inaugurated LV Prasad Eye Hospital in Nagulabanda area in Siddipet district.
Speaking on the occasion, the minister appreciated the LV Prasad management for launching their eye institute here. The hospital will provide corporate eye care services, he said. Harish Rao also appealed to the youth to stop using smart phones for causing eye problems.
Harish Rao also gave a pat to the Hetero drugs company for offering affordable health care services. Hetero drugs is constructing a cancer hospital by spending Rs 400 crore for the poor. The minister appealed to its chairman Parthasarathi Reddy to start a cancer screening in Siddipet. He said one sub health center for 50,000 population will be started. It is good to provide low cost health services to poor, he added. (Maxim News)
