Hyderabad, May: A young man from Hyderabad lost his life in the United States after reportedly saving three friends from drowning at Sebago Lake in Torodo Park, Lucia.
The deceased was identified as Anuroop Reddy. According to reports, the incident occurred when three of his friends encountered difficulties in the water.
Anuroop Reddy Dies After Rescue Attempt
Anuroop Reddy reportedly entered the water to help his friends and succeeded in bringing them to safety. However, during the rescue attempt, he became trapped in a fishing net and was unable to free himself.
Local residents who noticed the situation rushed to help and brought him to the shore. He was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Doctors, however, declared him dead on arrival.
