Indian Oil Plans To Set Up Another 264 Battery Charging Station In A Year In Telangana

Hyderabad, Dec 28 (Maxim News): Keeping in view that the movement of electrical vehicles has increased and also there is future growth in this sector, Indian Oil the market leader in Petrol Diesel, CNG, LPG, etc, has decided to set up another 264 Battery Charging Stations in a year in Telangana, this was informed by V.Anil Kumar, Executive Director of Andhra-Telangana region of Indian Oil.

Speaking to press persons, here today, the Executive Director said that Indian oil has already set up 94 Nos of Battery Charging Stations which are functioning, keeping in view the velocity of changing trends, with e-mobility. Indian Oil has also solarised 552 Nos of its retail outlets in the state accounting for an installed capacity of 3400 KW.

He said in Telangana, Indian Oil is the market leader with the highest market share of 34.6 percent in Petrol, 38 percent in Diesel and approximately 40 per with domestic LPG business through its strong marketing infrastructure of 1425 Retail outlets, supported by our Storage infrastructures at Cherlapally and Ramagundam enables us to cater to the fuel needs of people of Telangana.
