Inter Board Warns Colleges Against Conducting Classes In Summer Vacation

Hyderabad, March 25 (Maxim News): Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) informed all Principals of Junior Colleges and composite Degree colleges offering Intermediate courses in State that colleges will remain closed for summer vacation for academic year 2018-19, during the period from March 30 to May 31 and the date of re-opening after summer vacation is June 1 for the academic year 2019-20.

According a pressnote here today Dr A. Ashok, Secretary requested the principals to adhere to the schedule strictly. Further, all the principals and managements of Government, Aided and private un-aided junior colleges in the State were asked not to conduct any classes during summer vacation and particularly the managements of private un-aided junior colleges are requested to stop illicit practices, such as running the classes during the summer vacation and making the admissions prior to release of admission schedule by the TSBIE. Violation of instructions will be viewed seriously and action will be initiated against the erring managements / principals, he added. (Maxim News)
