Komati Accuses CM Of Neglecting Poor People

Hyderabad, March.1 (Maxim News): Congress MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy today attended the swearing-in ceremony of Kethepally PACS chairman in Nakrekal Assembly constituency.

Speaking on the occasion, the MP alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao had miserably failed to come to the rescue of the farmers in the state. He also alleged that the Chief Minister had forgotten his promise of the much-trumpeted double bed room house scheme. Alleging that the CM was “looting” the state, he said the former was ignoring the poor people.

Venkat Reddy also made severe remarks against the State ministers and the ruling party MLAs. He warned them that he would chase them on Kethepally bridge if they harassed the people and party workers. He assured the party workers that he would stand by them. Declaring that he would teach a befitting lesson to the ruling party leaders after coming to power, Venkat Reddy alleged that the ruling party leaders had won the municipal chairpersons posts in the municipalities despite the fact that the Congress had secured majority in them. He also alleged that the ruling party leaders had bought the councillors like cattle in the market.

Praising Congress president Sonia Gandhi, he said the poor people were getting employment due to the National Rural Employment Guarantee scheme launched by her in the country. He said he would develop the Kethepally bridge by bringing funds from the Centre. (Maxim News)
