Hyderabad, May 25 (Maxim News): Mahbubnagar District Superintendent of Police D. Janaki directed police officials to ensure swift action on public complaints and provide timely justice to victims.
The SP personally received and reviewed complaints during the district police public grievance programme conducted on Monday in Mahbubnagar.
Several petitions related to family disputes, land conflicts, financial frauds and cybercrime cases were brought to the notice of the police during the programme.
SP D. Janaki instructed officers to investigate every complaint transparently and take immediate legal action wherever necessary. She stressed that resolving public grievances quickly is one of the primary responsibilities of the police department.
SP Janaki Calls for Special Attention to Women and Cybercrime Victims
The Mahbubnagar SP directed officers to give special priority to complaints filed by women, senior citizens and victims of cyber fraud.
She said police personnel must respond sensitively and ensure that victims receive proper support and protection during investigations.
Janaki also encouraged citizens to approach the police grievance programme directly for speedy resolution of their problems. She assured that all complaints would be monitored carefully and action would be taken according to law.
Police officials from different divisions and departments participated in the grievance redressal programme and reviewed the petitions received from the public.
The district police continue to conduct regular grievance programmes to strengthen public trust and improve coordination between citizens and law enforcement agencies.
