Delhi/Hyderabad, Aug 15 (Maxim News): BJP MPs have filed a complaint with the Lok Sabha Secretariat alleging that Opposition Leader Rahul Gandhi violated the rights of the House. The office has sent a notice to Rahul, asking him to respond.
They have alleged that he made objectionable comments against Union Home Minister Amit Shah during the discussion on the Prevention of Improper Conduct in Public Examinations Amendment Bill.
They have said that he made serious allegations against Amit Shah without giving prior notice under Rule No. 353 and used unparliamentary language. BJP MPs Anurag Thakur and Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal have filed this complaint. The Lok Sabha Secretariat has sent a notice to Rahul, asking him to respond by 28th of this month. (Maxim News)
