Hyderabad: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has voiced concern over reports of an alleged strike on the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Reacting on Tuesday to reports of an attempted attack on Putin’s residence, PM Modi expressed serious concern about rising tensions.
