Hyderabad: The Prohibition and Excise department here on Monday seized a pub in Madhapur for violating Covid-19 safety norms prescribed by the government.
An Excise team had conducted a surprise inspection and found a large gathering with those inside the pub not maintaining physical distance, officials said, adding that necessary action would be taken against the management under provisions of the Excise Act.
